Refund policy

Refurbmart sells tested refurbished devices. We want customers to receive what was promised and be confident in the purchase.

Return window

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup if the device is in the same condition it was sold, with all included accessories.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• the device must not be physically damaged
• the device must not have liquid damage
• all accounts, passwords, and locks must be removed
• all included chargers/accessories must be returned
• the serial number must match the original sale

Non-returnable items

The following may be non-returnable once opened, activated, installed, or delivered:

• software licenses
• digital products
• special-order items
• clearance/as-is items clearly marked final sale
• accessories with hygiene or single-use packaging concerns

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. In-store purchases may follow the local partner location’s payment processing rules.

Restocking fee

Refurbmart may apply a restocking fee if a returned item is incomplete, heavily used, missing accessories, or returned for reasons unrelated to product condition/misrepresentation.

Warranty vs return

After the return window, eligible issues are handled under the warranty policy.
