Processing time

Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods or for devices that require final testing/configuration, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is included in the online price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and carrier. Most Canadian orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be provided after the order ships.

Local pickup

Local pickup may be available at selected trusted partner locations. If pickup is selected, wait for confirmation before visiting the location. Some devices may require final preparation before they are ready.

Shipping damage or delivery issues

If an order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact support as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package/device where applicable.
